sarahjennifferjayne asked: thank you, im doing a lot of this already its my diet i think i need the most help with. My boyfriend trains and has got me doing interval training on running which i have fallen in love with as it strips fat. I need to build up my strength, my aim is to be able to do unassisted chin ups by the end of June :) Ive done a lot of research on eating "clean" but i dont think i entirely understand it still...xo
clean eating is like low fat, no sugar, no oil, no fried foods, low starches. for starting, you’re going to want a higher protien intake with lots veggies and some things like brown rice and quinoa. small amounts, and eat 4-7 times a day. it’s going to be hard. but easy things are like a chicken breast, scoop of quinoa, asparagus. add some raisens cranberries onions garlic pepper for flavor. simple. and try to eat as fresh as possible.
